Google Ads Management

Google Ads that bring calls and sales, not just clicks

Most accounts leak money on broad keywords, weak landing pages and tracking that counts page views as conversions. I rebuild the account around real leads, cut the waste, and scale only what makes money.

Why it matters

Why this moves the needle

Leads from day one

Search ads reach people who are ready to buy now, while SEO builds in the background.

Lower cost per lead

Better Quality Score and tighter targeting usually mean paying less for the same click.

Clear ROI

You see spend, leads, cost per lead and revenue in one plain-English monthly report.

Works with your SEO

Ad search-term data shows which keywords convert, so SEO targets the right pages.

Google Ads Management guide

Google Ads management means running paid search, Performance Max and YouTube campaigns so that every rupee you spend can be traced to a call, a lead or a sale. Done well, it brings in customers within days. Done badly, it quietly burns budget on clicks that were never going to buy.

The first thing I do in almost every account is open the search terms report. That is the list of what people actually typed before clicking your ad. It is usually where the money is leaking, and it is often the first time the business owner has seen it.

Why Google Ads still works in 2026

Search ads reach people at the moment they are looking for what you sell. Someone typing “dentist near me open now” or “AC repair Noida” is not browsing. They want to call someone. No other channel captures intent that clearly.

Google has added more automation every year, with Performance Max, broad match and smart bidding. Automation is powerful, but it optimises for whatever you tell it is a conversion. Feed it bad data and it will find you more bad leads, very efficiently.

Start with tracking, not keywords

Before changing any campaign, I make sure Google Ads knows what a real lead looks like. For most local and service businesses, that means tracking:

  • Calls from the ad itself and from the website.
  • Contact and quote form submissions.
  • WhatsApp chat clicks.
  • Online bookings.
  • Offline sales, imported back from your CRM.

That last one matters most. When Google learns which leads turned into paying customers, smart bidding can look for more people like them instead of more form-fillers.

Where most accounts waste money

  • Broad keywords with no negatives. “Plumber” also matches “plumber jobs” and “plumber salary.”
  • Wrong location settings. The default can show ads to people merely interested in your area, not just those in it.
  • Sending traffic to the home page. A matching landing page almost always converts better.
  • Counting the wrong conversions. Page views or button clicks recorded as leads make bad campaigns look good.
  • Nobody reads the search terms. A weekly review is the cheapest optimisation there is.

Quality Score and why landing pages matter

Google rates your keywords on a 1 to 10 Quality Score based on expected click-through rate, ad relevance and landing page experience. Higher scores generally mean you pay less for the same position. That is why I treat the ad and the landing page as one unit. A fast, focused page that matches the search improves both your conversion rate and your costs. My CRO work and website design plug straight into this.

Google Ads and SEO work better together

Ads give you instant data on which keywords bring buyers. That data tells your SEO which pages to build first. Over time, strong organic rankings let you pull budget away from the most expensive keywords. Running both from the same keyword plan is one of the simplest advantages a small business can have.

What happens after the click

A lead you pay ₹300 for is wasted if no one replies for six hours. I connect ad leads to instant WhatsApp and email replies through my AI automation and funnel service, so the follow-up is as fast as the ad.

FAQ

Google Ads that bring calls and sales, not just clicks: questions people ask

Straight answers to what clients ask most, plus the plain-English replies AI search engines and voice assistants look for.

Ask your own question

Do I keep ownership of my Google Ads account?

Yes. The account, billing and all data stay in your name. I work inside it with manager access you can remove at any time.

Is ad spend included in your fee?

No. Ad spend is paid directly to Google from your own card. My fee covers strategy, setup, management, landing pages and reporting.

Do you run Performance Max campaigns?

Yes, once conversion tracking is solid and search campaigns are profitable. Performance Max needs good conversion data and clear brand exclusions to work well.

Can you fix an account another agency set up?

Yes. Most of my Google Ads work starts with an existing account. I audit it first and keep what works before rebuilding the rest.

People also ask ChatGPT & Google

How much should a small business spend on Google Ads?

Start with a budget that can buy at least 30 to 50 clicks a day on your main keywords, so the campaign collects enough data to learn. For many local service businesses in India that is ₹1,000 to ₹3,000 a day, but the right number depends on your cost per click and what a customer is worth.

How long does it take for Google Ads to work?

Search ads can bring calls within days of launch. Expect two to four weeks of data before the account settles, and six to eight weeks before automated bidding has enough conversions to optimise well.

Is Google Ads better than SEO?

They do different jobs. Ads buy visibility today and stop when you stop paying. SEO takes months but keeps working. Most businesses grow fastest running both and sharing keyword data between them.

Why are my Google Ads getting clicks but no leads?

Usually one of three causes: broad keywords pulling irrelevant searches, a slow or confusing landing page, or broken conversion tracking that hides what actually works. A search-term audit and a tracking check find most of it.
