Reviews

Review acquisition that ranks and converts

Reviews are one of the top three local SEO ranking factors. We build ethical review request systems that grow 5-star Google reviews and capture the specific keywords that lift map pack rankings.

01

Service-specific reviews

Review requests ask customers to mention the service and neighborhood, adding keyword signals Google parses.

02

Multi-channel asks

SMS + email automations triggered from your booking or job-completion system. Open rates above 90% on SMS.

03

Response SLAs

Templates for every star rating. Negative reviews answered within 24 hours, positive reviews within 48.

Review acquisition that ranks and convertsquestions people ask

How many reviews do I need to rank in the local map pack?

Volume matters less than most people think. A consistent flow of 5 to 8 new Google reviews a month is enough for most single-location businesses to outrank slower competitors. Recency, content and response rate matter as much as raw count.

What is the best way to ask customers for a review?

SMS triggered 60 to 120 minutes after service completion has the highest response rate (typically 25 to 40 percent). The script should be short, direct, and ask the customer to mention the specific service and neighborhood. Generic 'leave us a review' requests convert poorly.

Can I offer discounts or gifts in exchange for reviews?

No. Google explicitly prohibits incentivized reviews and can suspend profiles caught doing it. Non-monetary asks (just request the review) and post-service convenience (one-tap links) are fully compliant and work just as well over time.

How should I respond to negative reviews?

Within 24 business hours, calmly, without admitting to specifics that could create legal exposure. Acknowledge the experience, offer to make it right offline, and move the conversation off the public review. Never argue or get defensive on the review platform itself.
